Safe Coach Background Checks puts forth 100% effort in compiling a complete and concise report for our customers, yet it is still possible that the information reported incomplete or not accurate based on several indicators. If you receive a background check and there are inaccuracies in the report, please let us know as soon as you can so we can figure out the issue.
How do I file a dispute:
Download and fill out the Dispute Request as shown below. You will need to gather and supply any supporting documentation. Submit the completed form and supporting documentation email to the following address:
We reserve the right to request further documentation if needed.
What to Expect:
The reinvestigation period generally takes up to 30 days. We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify certain information.
